Job Description

Help daily chop docs registration, scan, and shipping (including documents/files from Beijing Regulatory team) Office administrative support, office supplies, stationeries, etc. to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation and daily administrative support; Provide support to Advisory Board Meeting under the supervision of China R&D PML; Provide administrative support to China R&D ad hoc projects/tasks; Coordinate meeting room booking and setting up; assist with the organization/implementation of internal activities/events; Any other assignments from China R&D PM team.

Qualifications

College student, junior, senior is preferred, being able to work at least 48 hours/week. Details focus, Good skills in computer applications, especially Microsoft office software Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated
