• Manage defined complex formulation processes such as granulation, compression, and encapsulation processes. Ensure production adherence meet target with reasonable cost and high quality standard. 
负责指定复杂工艺的生产管理，其中包含关键制剂工艺，例如制粒/压片/胶囊灌装等工序。确保生产任务在合理的成本下按时完成，并产出高质量的产品。
• As production area owner, follow procedures to manage or coordinate aspects covering people, equipment, facility, material, procedures, processes within boundaries. Ensure Quality, SHE and Compliance are well embedded across end to end manufacturing operations. 
作为生产区域负责人，按照流程管理、或者协调该区域内的人员、设备设施、物料、方法工艺等。确保端到端的生产和供应的全过程符合GMP，SHE, Compliance的要求。
• Be accountable for the investigation and improvement action completion of issues, deviations occurred within boundaries, through the proper use of problem solving tools such as Lv0, PPS, 6 Sigma. 
对于职责范围内发生的异常事件、偏差等，通过合理使用Lv0，PPS，6 Sigma等问题解决工具，推进调查和改善行动的完成。
• Drive continuous improvement of processes through lean method, such as 5s, BPM, standardization.
使用精益工具，例如5s、BPM, 标准化等工具，推动流程的持续改进。
• Drive digital use cases and scale up and develop digital capability across the team and PET. 
推动数字化，并发展团队和PET的数字化能力。
• Identify and manage the opportunities and risks of owned area.
识别并管理所属区域的机会与风险。

People management and team development
人员管理及团队建设

• Production Manager manage teams directly, or via Team Leaders. They manage performance & development of both the team and individuals. 
生产流程负责人直接管理团队，或通过带班人员进行团队管理。并对团队和个人的绩效和发展负责。
• Ensures compliance of self and others to internal and external regulations, policies and principles, current GMP, SHE requirements. Ensure team members have necessary on-job trainings and continuous trainings.
确保自己和他人遵守内外部法规，政策，原则，现行GMP，安全等的规定。确保团队成员接受了充分的上岗培训和继续培训。
• Ensure team are following company culture and maintain healthy team climate.
确保团队符合公司文化及打造健康的团队氛围。
• Drive team capability uplift and organization effectiveness.
持续提升团队能力和组织绩效。
• Develop subordinates’ professional & leadership capability through coaching, delegation and providing high-level training program etc.
通过辅导、授权以及提供培训机会来发展下属的职业性以及领导能力。

Project, continuous improvement initiatives management 
项目及持续性改进计划的开展 • Drive or take part in continuous improvement projects, such as such as validations, capital introduction, technical transfer, lean, digital initiatives. Ensure these projects are extended timely to be executed to deliver high performance.
推动或者参与持续改善项目，例如验证、资产引进、技术转移、精益、数字化等。确保项目按时交付，以达成绩效。
• Be as the business representative to do the impact assessment for each change control via risk-based approach.
作为业务代表，对每个变化在考虑风险的基础上进行影响性评估。

Documentation
文件

 • Be as author of production related documents such as work instructions, reports, etc.
撰写生产相关的文件，例如操作指导、报告等。
• To review and approve the production documents as appropriate.
审核和批准生产文件（如适用）。
• Ensure production record are executed per requirement, reviewed by defined personnel.
确保批生产记录按照要求执行，经过指定人员审核。
Assets management
固定资产的管理 • Ensure the matching rate of production capacity and the asset. 
确保生产设备等固定资产配额和产能的评估及管理。

Stakeholder management 
利益相关者管理

 • Work with internal and external stakeholders, , quality, technical, supply chain, E&SHE, etc., to manage production related affairs.
和内外部的利益相关者合作，例如质量、技术、供应链、E&SHE等部门，管理生产相关的事务。
