Job Description

1. 基于用户体验、人机交互、图形化设计、界面设计等前沿理论实现产品风格设计，建立和完善产品界面视觉设计规范，根据交互设计及产品规划，完成产品相关的用户界面视觉设计。

2. 充分理解产品策划思路及理念，配合产品经理和研发人员实现产品各种界面的视觉设计，能够严谨地交接规范包括切图、标注、规范、版本等。与研发团队充分沟通协作，确认可控的误差范围和视觉效果的最终实现。

3. 根据视觉设计的发展趋势及用户研究的结果不断优化产品的图形界面，使用户体验更流畅。

4.能够独立承担工业领域相关的三维设计工作，从全局把控设计质量，并与项目紧密结合，保障项目高品质落地。

Qualifications

本科及以上学历，毕业5年内； 精通Figma、Photoshop、Illustrator等图形软件，熟悉blender、3dmax 能够实现3D效果设计者优先； 具备良好的审美能力、深厚的美术功底、扎实的专业理论基础，有较强的视觉表现能力，能够独立完成相关设计工作，注重设计细节及设计规范； 良好的主动性、学习能力、沟通理解能力和团队协作能力。 有良好的创新能力以及敏說的用户体验洞察力，了解当前设计趋势，能够主动收集反馈并优化产品设计。
