1. Achieve yearly T/O for AA-CN
2. Increase Bosch product market share in current Bosch 1TL distribution
3. Support 1st TL dealers to develop 2nd TL dealers
4. Support dealers to extent workshop business via Bosch plan X
5. Support dealers to train their 2nd TL customers
6. Support dealers to optimize their stock
7. Realize mid-long term channel coverage (weighted distribution, geographic)
8. Support 1TL’s market activities towards retailers and workshops: products, marketing activities
9. Maintain supply chain from 1TL to BS
10. A/R management
Qualifications
1. 5 years’ work experience, 3 years’ sales or sales management experience at least.
2. Project management experience will be better
3. Honest, diligent, conscientious
4. Good learning ability
5. Good analysis ability
6. Good communication skill, open, passion
7. Digital operation ability will be better
