Job Short Description :

• Responsible of project process development field in terms of QCDM
• Part of the world wide industrial process team for electrical powertrain and interaction with global team, regions and sites
• Responsible of the advanced product process development (process selection, definition, validation and standardization)
• Identification of new manufacturing technologies, incl. benchmark, and conduct Make or Buy analysis
• Create and define new industrial concepts for electrical powertrain, incl. challenge process costs
• Lead process workshops (e.g. DFM, DFA, DFT) and maximizes added value in the product
• Industrial project lead for advanced projects, incl. support in new acquisitions & cost reduction programs
• Coordination of process engineers (specialist/expert,metier)

Job Qualification :

• Academic degree in mechanical, electrical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent
• Solid experience in assembly process as production engineer or methods engineer
• Knowledge in different process filed (e.g. screwing, fitting, welding, gluing) in automotive industry
• Knowledge in testing is a benefit
• Fluent English
• German or French are a benefit
• Expertise in eMotor & Inverter & Gearbox manufacturing are beneficial
• Experience in management of Methods or Production teams will be appreciated.
• Competence in design software will be appreciated (solidworks / autocad / catia / NX)
• Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing and Hoshin tools
