Graphic Designer, (L5)

Amazon Devices Print on Demand business is a highly rated, much-loved service offered to customer to customize their Echo devices with special Printing. The service is currently available for Echo devices and is going to expand to more products across Amazon Devices. This role is essential in promotion of a company's products or services. You’ll support the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, photos…, also need to review and approve print golden samples and related production limits by co-working product development teams and suppliers to achieve the highest standard. support for GTM campaigns and development of ongoing, foundational marketing.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Design digital mock-ups for custom flat and 3D surface printing designs for Echo devices and creative design support like product packaging.
-Innovate and develop creative concepts and content based on customer’s ideas and requirements.
- Lead creative development on a wide range of creative projects (digital ad campaigns, web pages, social media content creation, etc.) based on a quarterly prioritization queue
- Be an expert in the print on demand business brand guidelines, including visual design elements (colors, iconography)
- Work with X-functional teams to set up design requirements and specs; Review, follow up and approve design implementation to meet the highest quality on finished devices.
- Ensure POD photo assets remain contemporary, accurate, compliant and useful Marketing in all marketplaces
- Stay well-versed in Amazon corporate brand architecture guidelines and expectations

Basic Qualification
- 5+ years minimum experience in areas such as branding, corporate identity, advertising, technical and artistic drawing, multimedia, etc, have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
- Have a good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design to ensure that the final product is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
- Must have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of design tools, like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
- BFA/BA/BS in Design or equivalent industry experience
- A creative portfolio demonstrating relevant design and design implementation experience
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-motivated, energetic & work with passion.

Preferred Qualification
- Experience in branding and 360 digital ad campaigns
- Beginner knowledge or more in After Effects animation skills
-Have a thorough understanding of production and 3D rendering methods.
-Rich Experience for digital print process on hard goods with different materials (fabric, plastic, TPU, Silicon Rubber…)
-Packaging print experience for press check and FAI approval to meet design intent.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of design experience
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS
- Have an available online portfolio

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns
- Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices
