Quality Engineer

Your responsibilities:

Deals with supplier performance or the performance of the in-house production team • Supports the analysis, inspection, design, and tests needed to assure the quality of the product or component • Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation • Supports the handling of (internal or external) customer complaints, associated remedial action, and improvement activities • Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

What you bring:

Bachelor degree or above, Major in Machinery, Electronics, Welding, Material Bound of experiences correlated to welding, casting, machining and assembly; Be competent for quality control and troubleshooting. Over 3 years working experience in a mechanical manufacturing production environment. Have practices/experience for welding, casting, machining and assembly quality control or inspection of heavy machinery equipment. Able to travel to our suppliers all over China, in combination with working from home. At least one year of quality control or management experience. Good English language skills in reading, writing & verbal. Good computer skills of MS Word, Excel, PPT. Knowledge of relevant regulation and procedure for ISO9001, HSE system and industry standards. Experience in working in international teams and intercultural understanding is preferable.
