Key responsibilities:

Be assigned a number of new product release projects Be the subject matter expert (SME) for the air oil separator line, which will include qualifications of localized components and identification of process improvements. Work with Sales to secure new wins by providing solutions to the need for test samples of compressor products. Work closely with the rest of compressor engineering team and local resources to set up an ISO8573-2 test lab for air compressors. Work closely with plant personnel to push APD/product release to completion

Education Qualification:

Engineering degree (Bachelor’s degree minimum)

Technical Competence & Skills:

Mechanical engineering background or familiarity with material properties Fluent in MSOffice products Basic understanding of engineering drawings Familiar with process capability studies Oracle familiarity optional

Leadership Competence:

Work well in an engineering team Work well in a manufacturing facility

Relevant Experience:

2 years working experience in the relevant industry Product design, design verification testing, understanding of material science (metals, media, adhesives) Being part of an engineering team, work with international team (APAC, EU, AMER-US+Mexico) Present findings to stakeholders in all regions (APAC, EU, US)

5-10% travel domestic Requires written and verbal communication in English
