Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role demands effective coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to high-quality standards.
Lead the planning and implementation of project activities related to the new link bridge, new chemical warehouse, and IT server room modification and any other ad hoc tasks, etc. Ensuring that projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget while adhering to quality standards. Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Managing project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or above degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 12 years work experience with over 10 No's of project experience in industrial field. Proven working experience (5+ years) as a project manager in the construction sector. Multinational foreign enterprise work experience, overseas project experience, and large pharmaceutical project experience are preferred Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction management. Good in reading, writing, listening and speaking English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams PMP / PRINCE II certification preferred#LI-TW1
