Job Description

1.Update ICT program & running ECR
2.Generate ICT test plans based on specification and review test coverage
3.Validate and Inspect ICT fixture based on specification
4.Analysis ICT failure board and find root cause
5.Lead the process problem solving / root cause analysis
6.Lead the optimization of manufacturing process to reduce CT, FPY
7.Lead RPP project to enhance machine capacity and cost reduction
8.Make the schedule for the new project(fixture, gauge, tooling prepare) and realize on schedule
9.BPS activity (TPM standardization, visualization, implementation, CIP);
10.Other tasks assigned from supervisor


Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor and above
2. Work years: 2-5 years in ICT test experiences
3. English: Intermediate
