Job Description

Responsible for Engineering Drive Building Sets - Components and Processes, China (ED/EDB-CN). Motor design in Drive Center & Process development.

Development of new processes in TCC for all platforms and applications done in TCC Ramp up of new processes in plants in China L4 Support to plant TEF1 in Asia Pacific Process technology Managers to fix process chain and coordinate process development for new products developed in TCC and localized to RBCC Engineering building-set components, especially magnets and magnet materials Buildup of TCC cross-functional experts’ team Bridge CN local team with Germany lead plant

Qualifications

Master or above in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent) More than 5 years working experience in mechanical design, automotive design process development, MAE development, MAE project lead or lab management Experienced in using PC office software TDP1 or above Excellent English skills and capable to interact and explain from Germany to CN local team. Good German language both written and read.
