Job Description

Job purpose:

Ramp up / ramp down coordination and change management for AP PtB project. Interface with sales organization.

Long Term forecast planning with customer, planning control incl. KPI monitor of inventory, LOG cost.

Task force and crisis management regional coordination.

Improvement of planning processes and preparation of S4 HANA /Kinaxis rollout

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Interface with sales team and stake holders to introduce the new launch in AP, planning and controlling of customer orders in the system before SOP.

Creation and maintenance of material master data in the system.

Alignement with production plant considering production capacity, deadlines and inventories.
Checking for potential supply difficulties and initiation of actions to ensure customer delivery.
Monitoring of delivery performance to customer and ensure GmbH inventory level to meet defined target.

Globally involvment/leading the task force on behalf of EM.

Define the concept of planning competence enhancement and action follow up.

Qualifications

VI - VII level of degree in field of logistics, economics or a related field

Good communication skills and problem solving

Willingnes to work in an international environment

Good knowledge of SAP

English language fluency, both written and spoken
