Responsibilities:

Support our business functions and manage the business glossary and data observability platform. Willingness to learn new data tools such Sifflet, Lightdash, and DBT. Work with Data Operations team to assist Data Product Lifecycle. Willingness to learn data skills and agile methodology at Hypebeast.

Requirements:

1+ years of related experience in a Data Governance role or Library Services. Good understanding of data governance frameworks and principles, with an eagerness to apply these in the management and enhancement of the "Sifflet" catalog. Basic knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations relevant to our industry, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. Familiarity with data cataloging tools and metadata management practices, contributing to the development and maintenance of a robust data catalog. Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with data stakeholders, including data engineers, data analysts, and data operatives, to understand their data needs and challenges. A keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in data governance and management. High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
