Koch Engineered Solutions (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd is looking for a MFG Planning & Scheduling Manager to join the team. Responsibilities include manufacturing planning, scheduling, flow of materials and objectives for delivery dates, cost, and optimization.

What You Will Do

Manage the manufacturing planning, scheduling, flow of materials and objectives for delivery dates, cost, and optimization. Oversee scheduling and the development of methods to allocate and control resources and materials effectively. Oversee planners and manage production schedules for all product lines effectively. Ensure that paperwork is provided routinely and quickly to aid in production of parts and order fulfillment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders both in China and across the globe at other manufacturing sites to develop effective planning methodologies and best practices. Support, coach, and mentor a Planning and Scheduling team to ensure continuous development, accountability, value creation. Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, accountability, transparency, integrity, and customer service. Develop, implement, and monitor performance goals and objectives. Work with direct reports to set aggressive goals, measure results, and ensure that targets are achieved. Develop Strong working relationships with planning team and its internal customers (Sales, Design, Project Management and Manufacturing) Provide team members with clear direction and targets aligned with the S&OP vision and Koch’s Principle Based Management philosophy.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience in scheduling and planning in a manufacturing environment. Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop best practices and planning methodologies.  Experience with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to speak English
