Accountabilities (max. 8 accountabilities)
On-site Support
• Provide L1/L2 On-Site Support service
• 提供Level 1及Level 2的现场支持服务
• Responsible for client related software & hardware tickets, e.g. Windows 10, Microsoft O365, AutoCAD, Edge browser, laptop, desktop, workstation, Mobile Phone, Conference device etc.
• 负责处理客户端日常的软硬件问题,如Windows 10,Microsoft O365,AutoCad,Edge浏览器,笔记本,台式机,工作站,移动电话,会议系统等
• Responsible for the inspection of server room
• 负责机房日常巡检维护工作
• Familiar with Hikvision platform, responsible for CCTV and Door Access management
• 熟悉海康管理平台,负责监控及门禁设备的管理
• Familiar with AD structure, maintain staff‘s information via internal platform
• 熟悉Active Directory架构,通过内部平台对用户信息进行维护
• Familiar with Cisco network device, troubleshooting and solve basic issue.
• 熟悉思科网络设备,完成基本的故障排查
• Using global ITSM tool (Remedyforce) for tickets and change management. Response and resolve the IT infrastructure incidents and service requests in time.
• 通过集团的Remedyforce平台进行ticket和变更管理。及时反馈和处理IT基础架构方面的事件和服务请求。
• Finish the tasks assigned by line manager
• 完成直线经理分配的任务
Reliable & Secure IT
• Ensure infrastructure changes are planned, communicated and carried out following Group IT change processes.
• 遵守集团IT的变更流程,确保所有基础架构的变更按计划进行沟通和执行。
• Adherence to Group IT security standards and policies at all times, network & data security is managed with the utmost importance.
• 严格遵守集团IT的网络及数据安全方面的标准和要求,
• Support EHS management, incl. but not limited to yearly ISO45001 & ISO14001 certification and vendor management.
• 支持公司内部的EHS管理,包括但不限于年度ISO45001&ISO14001的认证及供应商管理。
• Comply with IT service room management regulations.
• 遵守IT机房管理规定。
Tasks and Qualifications:
·Identify self-development strategies and follow through the development strategy put in place by management.
Actively seeks and participated in all relevant training
