Principal Responsibilities (What does the job do?)

Responsibilities

·为全球星展的内部员工提供账号维护的服务

·在标准服务协议的框架下，根据按需原则为内部银行用户开通系统权限，接受和处理内部员工的询问和需求单，系统包括应用程序，服务器，网络设备，数据库等银行内部使用的系统

·定期检测系统用户的权限，对于检测到的拥有过度权限的用户，进行审核和阻止。

·协助完成亚太总部账号运维任务，包括电子密码箱，新系统上线的更新，维护和使用

·审核项目相关的服务器，网络设备，数据库上线的权限设置，并完成授权任务

·处理账号维护需求单并且按照标准服务协议的要求完成。

·按照操作规程处理账号维护的需求，严格遵从操作规程。

·对于提出的问题能够与终端用户及时沟通并且清晰地提供解决方法。

·对于任何非授权的ID需求或者具有过度权限的用户能向经理及时汇报。

·定期检测系统用户的权限，对于检测到的拥有过度权限的用户，进行审核和阻止。

·协助完成亚太总部账号运维任务，包括电子密码箱，新系统上线的更新，维护和使用。

·审核项目相关的服务器，网络设备，数据库上线的权限设置，并完成授权任务。

·大学本科以上学历，计算机，信息管理或者理工科等相关专业

Functional / Technical Competencies (What competencies do the job require?)

·有操作服务器，网络，数据库经验尤佳

·大学英语4级或者以上

·技术经验

·英语听说读写良好
