主要职责 Essential responsibilities and duties:

在工艺维修部负责管理所有内部资源,确保最佳的资源利用率;In charge of managing all ME (Manufacturing Engineering) resources within his organization to ensure optimum capital utilization; 保证工厂内设备、资产及设备部人员管理按照公司规定执行,确保设备正常运转,为生产提供可靠保障。

Ensure the equipment in the factory, assets, and all equipment management according to company regulations, to ensure normal operation of equipment, to provide a reliable guarantee for production.

主要 任务 The main missions of the role are:

ME :

制造工程项目管理 Manage Manufacturing Engineering in programs:

-参与工程部在项目中的资源分配; Participate to ME resources allocation in programs;

-管理项目工程领导团队; Manage the Program Manufacturing leaders team;

-参与项目的阶段回顾和验证项目阶段的完成情况; Participate to the gate reviews and validate the industrial gate reviews;

Monitor and manage capacity and related investments 监督和管理功能和相关投资:

- 提出工厂布局安排以满足封装和设备利用率;Propose division industrial plans to optimize footprint and equipment utilization;

- 构建和管理投资,工装和制造工程预算; Build and manage investments, tooling and manufacturing engineering budgets:

- 根据客户的需求跟踪机器和设备工作量; Track machines and equipment workload according to customers demand;

支持生产,保证与QCD目标相一致Support operations in matching QCD objectives :

-管理生产力研讨会和参与工厂持续改进计划; Manage productivity workshops and participate to continuous improvement processes in plants;

-巩固工厂工程部的关键指标,提出行动计划; Consolidate ME key indicators of the plants and propose action plans;

管理工程部网络和团队Manage ME networks and team:

- 支持,培训,指导,评估和发展项目,培养工程团队;Staff, train, coach, asses and develop the program and plant ME teams (direct and dotted line);

巩固和报告工厂工程部的关键指标 Consolidate and report key ME indicators in plants :

- 提出相关行动计划; Propose associated action plans;

- 参与项目划分策略; Participate to the Division industrial strategy;

- 专业发展; Expertise development;

MT:

按照公司战略规划及上年度工作中存在的问题,制定本部门年度重点工作。

In accordance with the company strategic plan and the problems existing in the last year's work, to prepare the annual key work plan of the division

参与研讨先进设备、先进技术的引进Participate in the discussion of advanced equipment, the introduction of advanced technology 参与外购设备、自制设备、改造设备等技术方案的确定Participate in the outsourcing equipment, homemade equipment, determine the technical scheme of transformation equipment, etc 审核设备文件、保养计划Audit equipment files and maintenance plan. 审核设备验收、设备变更及设备报废的评估意见Review the equipment acceptance, change of equipment and equipment scrap evaluation opinions 为设备维修过程中存在的重大难题提供技术或资源支持Major problem existing in the maintenance process for equipment to provide technical support or resources 按照公司要求管理设备体系文件Equipment management system documents as required by the company 负责定义设备管理指标并监督实施Responsible for defining equipment management index and supervise the implementation 负责定义工厂设备组织结构的人员和发展计划Responsible for defining the factory equipment structure of personnel and development plans

汇报设备管理结果并监督设备相关记录和文件的使用与保存Report the results of equipment management and supervision equipment related records and files use and preservation

资格要求 Qualifications :

最低任职资格:

教育背景/Education: 大专学历及以上;理工科专业优先Collage Degree in Engineering 经验/ Experience: 至少5年设备及工艺工作经验At least 5 years working experience in equipment function

理想候选人的期望 / The ideal candidate will have/be:

教育背景/Education: 本科学历及以上;理工科专业优先Bachelor Degree in Engineering 经验/ Experience:

至少8年设备及工艺工作经验,3年工程经理经验 At least 10 years working experience in equipment function, 2 years as an Engineering Manager

 5年座椅结构发展和工艺经验 5 years experience in seat structure development and process
