Job Objective:

Lead software design for Digital Cockpit, ADAS Domain Controller and Telematics products, including requirements analysis, preliminary design, detailed design/review, technical documentation and E2E delivery for specific projects.

· Responsible for the analysis and solution of architectural problems, as well as the optimization and stability maintenance of system;

· Responsible for explaining the core capabilities of the software solution/architecture to external department. Provide technical guidance to other departments. Explain expertise to developers;

Lead team to efficiently complete the architecture development and implementation of software systems. Lead the team to solve complex cross-module systems and cross-team technical problems and propose systematic technical solutions. Lead team to define platform software performance KPI and platform software scalability design. Work with vehicle programs to optimize performance, reliability, experience and services through platform integration. Research and learn new technologies to meet the iterative updates of smart cockpit/ADAS product needs. Qualifikationen

Qualification:

Education

· B.S. or higher degree in Electrical/Electronic, Computer Science Engineering or Embedded System.

Experience

· At least 4 years working experience as software architect, preferably in automotive, aerospace or robotics fields.

· At least 9 years working experience in embedded system, like automotive products, mobile, internet, etc

Knowledge

· Have in-depth understanding of system-level knowledge of products (e.g., intelligent driving, intelligent cockpit, intelligent communication), master the corresponding development or function integration methods;

· Proficient in automotive electronics industry systems, processes, standards, and tool chains; have an in-depth understanding and personal insights into the development trends of automotive intelligent connected products and technologies.

· Strong report writing and technical documentation skills; good external presentation skills; good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

· Has teamwork spirit, willing to share, able to self-motivate, and influences and leads the team with a positive, hardworking, and optimistic attitude. Those with cross-national company platform architecture experience are preferred.

· Rich development experience including platform software, middleware and BSP development experience

· Experience in complete development and delivery of multiple (> 2) mass production projects

· Good experience and sense on platform software design, such as high scalability and reliability, low coupling;

· Experience in software system design for cockpit (or ADAS controller) with whole lifecycle.

· Proficient at Linux/QNX/Android/RTOS, kernel, IPC/IDC, performance tuning.

· Proficient at C/C++/assembly language programming skill is a must;

· Familiar with SOA concept and implement guidance;

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
