Job Summary: This position is responsible for material planning, and oversight of material procurement, production, delivery. And also mange the inventory at reasonable level.

What You Will Do:

Coordinate flow of materials within the facility. Coordinating transfer of materials to and from inventory or warehouse.

Collaborate with assigned suppliers to develop and execute material planning. Ensuring that all material requirements for assigned scopes are met the plan and target.

Schedule and control the release of materials. Monitoring material inventory in the plant, in the warehouse, and by assigned suppliers.

Keep finding opportunities to reduce the inventory stock.

Build up and follow up procurement plan realization to ensure they align with business objectives.

Follow up the transportation arrangement to ensure materials meet the target timely.

What You Have

Bachelor degree or equivalent experiences in supply chain management.

Manufacturing Requirements Planning Knowledge: The candidate should have the general knowledge in logistic areas and SAP to optimize planning for manufacturing cycles and ensure capacity and material availability. The candidate should also have the ability to follow key criteria to collect information needed to make good production decisions for operation.

Inventory Management: The candidate should have the general knowledge of inventory management. The candidate should have the ability to apply systems and processes to identify and coordinate inventory requirements and to resolve conflicts. The candidate should also have the experiences in using data-driven solutions for inventory management to find out related problems.

Supplier Management: The candidate should have the related knowledge or experiences in how to effectively manage business relationships and transactions with suppliers of raw materials or product components. Follow procedures in carrying out routine supplier management tasks and resolve routine supplier issues. Work with suppliers to meet delivery date and quality specifications.

Problem Solving: The candidate should have the ability to examine a specific problem and understand the perspective of each stakeholder and to develop alternative solutions to resolve issues. The candidate should have the ability to help analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and obtain decision on resolution. The candidate should have the ability to use fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to identify problems.

Workable English skills is preferred.
