该职位旨在推动公司业务发展,开拓北京郊县中小店生意渠道,管理所辖区域内的销售工作(包括:销量指标达成、销售活动执行及检查、费用监督及管理等)所辖区域: 负责北京地区GT渠道的销售管理。

主要工作职责:

完成销售指标、执行指标并完成各项计划目标

制定所负责客户的生意发展计划;开拓直接客户,包括经销商、批发商和二分客户

预算执行、控制及监督管理,确保费用使用的有效性及真实性

监督管理经销商和门店的进销存及确保足量按时送货

协助经销管理库存和应收账款,确保库存合理和应收账款可控

费用及时核销和市场费用分配,确保市场费用使用合理性

及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态,包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等

基本技能 / 经验 / 能力要求:

大专或以上学历

有5年以上相关销售管理经验

优先技能 / 经验 / 能力:

具备北京郊县经销商管理和批发渠道管理的经验和能力

对数据有敏锐性,善于分析生意的机会点

致胜的工作态度及工作责任心;展现适应能力和抗压能力

擅长于团队管理并能够激励团队向共同的目标奋进

有效进行客户管理,建立客户数据库

具有业务谈判能力及沟通和协调能力

工作要求
