岗位职责:

负责一线员工的人力支持,如制定年度人力规划、持续更新人力计划,并据此完成相关招聘工作,包含不局限于:

一线技术员工的招聘工作; 办公室外包及实习生岗位的招聘工作; 通过对劳务派遣和外包供应商的强有力管理和推动,确保劳务派遣员工和外包员工的供应,以及外包员工的现场管理质量,并根据业务发展需要进行多样性外包服务的探索;

负责技术员工的储备和发展,如I-Tech项目的设计(不局限于校园招聘)、实施、跟踪和评审,为生产运营提供强有力的技术人员支持;

负责员工的生命周期管理,如入职、调职、合同续签、试用期管理等;

作为组织支柱-入职和早期发展子系统的负责人,通过不断优化和推行标准工作流程(SWP),帮助新员工更快融入团队,提升技能;并作为新员工入职培训管理负责人、年度刷新培训负责人,与教育&培训支柱负责人紧密协作,通过不断优化流程提升新员工入职培训的有效性;并支持E&T Pillar 应对各类审核中与培训相关的材料准备和改进行动的落实;

作为组织支柱-信息与沟通子系统的成员,协助部门负责人构建完善的信息和沟通体系,负责或协助各项活动的组织,如员工大会、年会、微信公众号运营、焦点小组访谈等;

作为培训和发展支柱-培训计划子系统的成员,协调各部门制定培训计划、并监督管理培训计划完成情况。

负责公司人力资源相关数字化系统主数据维护,如员工入转调离的基础信息等。

部门负责人安排的其他支持性工作。

任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历;

2. 1-3年制造业或快消领域招聘经验,或具有人力资源部门实习经验的应届毕业生。

3. 熟练使用各种办公软件,有良好的Excel数据分析经验、PPT设计经验和活动组织经验;

4. 具有良好的服务意识、沟通能力和团队合作意识,强烈的责任感;

5. 拥抱变化,对新事物具有开放态度;

6. 熟悉北京当地人力资源市场并有多种招聘渠道的实践;

7. 流利的英语以及数据分析能力。
