Job Description

On-site support for trouble shooting. Take CAN log or other recordable information ; AMP samples reflash in OEM inventory or in vehicles; Physical work of assembling/ disassembling trim of test vehicle; Standby at line in OEM plant after containment/countermeasure applied. etc: Quick response for trouble shooting: Arrive at site of issue quickly in any time; First Response and give appropriate support on behalf of Bose customer team; Return the correct and value information on issue to team timely. Build/maintain a good relationship with customer window persons cross functions (R&D/vehicle testing/warehouse/Quality/Manufactory) to ensure Bose team could remove obstacle and get necessary support inside OEM with a smooth workflow. Tuning/test car arrangement/check/transportation Other on-stie daily miscellaneous support
