Your responsibilities:

Develop innovative designs to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost and manufacturability of transformer products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete electrical, mechanical, simulation, prototyping, and testing. Engage in all phases of new product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support. Provide punctual technical support to factories, sales people and customers. Lead project execution. Familiar with 2D and 3D mechanical design tools and capable of 3D modeling tools, such as Auto CAD, ProE, CATIA, UG, SOLIDWORKS. Familiar with FEA knowledge, be able to perform electromagnetism/thermal simulation ( ANSYS, COMSOLetc) Knowledge of electrical/mechanical aspects of design; Knowledge in product life cycle methods (i.e. specification, design, implementation, qualification); Ability to develop unique concepts/solutions for complex products; Demonstrated engineering skills in methodical design and test; Ability of completing technical documentation. Your background:

Bachelors or master's degree in Electric Engineering with relevant experiences as a technical engineer or similar role in the past. Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills. Good project management skills, Customer focused. Self-motivated, energized, and results oriented. Creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and process problems. Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments; Willingness to travel. Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
