Junior Service Technician

岗位职责:

Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements; 执行在用梯服务（包括保养、修理、回召处理等），达到公 司管理要求； Improve working efficiency and reduce labor cost; 持续提高劳动生产率，减少劳动成本；

Study and improve technical skills actively to meet Schindler business development needs; 主动学习，努力提升自我带位技能，迎合公司的业务发展需 求；

Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction; 收集和反馈客户的需求和期望，并积极响应，提高客户满意 度；

Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler required; 记录和填写服务情况报告，保存完整，满足公司要求；

Assist to apply and collect due amount to reduce AR; 帮助申请与收回到期款项, 减少客户欠款；

岗位要求:

er-oriented, responsible and self-disciplined; 良好的服务意识和责任感，良好的自律性；

Good communication skills; 具有一定的沟通能力；

Familiar with Schindler products， at least one year experience in installation or maintenance. 熟悉公司产品，有电梯上岗证，有实际动手经验。

High school or technical secondary school degree or above. 高中或职业中专学历。
