Overview

Handle all uni and COOP A&M payment accurately and in time.

Responsibilities Manage A&M process( PO/GR, etc) in the SAP system Closely interface with Finance department on payment status tracking Screen the contract and new vendor application according to finance policy Facilitate agency management and evaluation process Filing A&M contracts soft copy Update preferred vendor list for management review Regularly analyze the difference between A&M budget / Actual expense for management team review Manage and maintain the SAP system user setting Coordinate with Marketing and Finance department to solve any A&M related issues Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating Qualifications Understanding of PEP Bev SAP system and A&M control process Proficient in computer skills Most Job Critical Function Competencies Integrity / can-do attitude Strong timeline management capability Effective communication Detail oriented and sense of confidentiality Meeting and event management
