Job Title: Production Supervisor 生产主管

Dept: Manufacturing

Report to: Production Manager

How You’ll Make an Impact

Monitor team member to obey the safety rules, ensure production safety;

管理产线人员遵守安全规章制度，确保安全生产;

Monitor dept. member operate tally with production procedure, ensure product quality;

指导产线人员操作符合生产程序，确保产品质量;

Direct, control and monitor the assembly, testing and warehousing; ensure delivery time;

指导、监控和管理产品组装、测试和仓储，确保项目交货时间；

Stimulate team member work hard with efficiency;

激励产线人员努力工作，提高工作效率;

Productivity and Employee working evaluation, arrange equipment and human resource according to business development ;

生产力和员工工作评估，根据业务发展需求合理安排设备和生产力;

Familiar with lean tools and continuously improve productivity;

熟练使用精益生产工具持续提高生产效率;

Organize internal training according to different working station skill and create and evaluate team member development plan;

根据不同岗位技能组织内部培训，制定并评估团队成员发展计划;

Carry out, implement, maintain ,improve and supervise ISO9000 quality system of the department;

负责本部门ISO9000质量体系的贯彻、实施、维护、改进和监督;

Carry out, implement the environment policy and the EMS document.

贯彻执行环境政策和环境管理体系文件。

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical, or relevant field. Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

本科学历，机械或电气相关专业，具有丰富的机械和电气工程知识;

At least 5 years in manufacturing industry especially in assembly;

至少5年以上制造业的生产管理经验，尤其是装配行业，

Lean management experience and practice

精益管理的实践和经验

Self- driven, result-oriented personality; ability to inspire and influence people; good communication skills.

自我驱动，结果导向的个性;激励和影响他人的能力;良好的沟通技巧;

Familia with Windows & MS Office

熟悉Windows & MS Office

Fluent in written and speaking English communication.
