教育程度/经验 Education Background/ Experience 

相关专业中专、职高或与其相当的职业院校以上 

特别知识Special Knowledge 

制药专业知识，制药行业GMP专门知识，国家药品法规，劳动法、环保法等 

 技能Skills 

岗位技能：能熟练掌握工作流程，熟练运用机器设备进行日常生产，并具备其它该工作所需的岗位技能 

沟通能力：具备一定的沟通，表达能力；和同事交流/向上级汇报工作时能做到没有沟通障碍 

知识分享：积极和同事交流，学习并分享经验/技巧以及遇到的问题 

团队合作：对部门/小组的人员和各职位的工作内容有清晰的认识，能很好的和同一生产组的同事协同工作，具备团队意识及相互帮助的精神。 

责任范围 (优先排列) AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

生产运行 ：为了满足市场对产品产量和质量的需求，参与生产操作。 

产品质量控制 ： 确保生产过程中各环节符合国家GMP要求，公司总部GMP要求，操作按标准、操作程序执行，使产品质量得到有效保证。 

设备维护与管理：有效进行日常的设备使用、清洁、维护与模具更换工作，并对设备进行自主维护，使设备处于有效运行与管理之中 

安全与卫生：为了保证生产的安全进行，保证生产现场清洁卫生，符合国家及公司要求，遵守相应的管理措施。 

新产品、新设备与新工艺： 为保证新产品、新设备与新工艺再生产及包装过程的顺利实施，参与新产品试制；协助主管制定相关操作规程。 

员工纪律： 为维护良好的生产次序，保证生产正常运行，遵守相关的员工守则，并使之实施。 

遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定，并完成EHS相关工作，确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求。
