We are looking for an English Teacher for an International School based in Nanning. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2024.

 

About the school

Bilingual school situated in Yongning District of Nanning provides a complete K-12 education with an international focus. It comprises an early year’s center catering to pupils aged between 2 to 6 years and a separate day and boarding school for primary, middle, and high school students (aged 6 to 18 years) that follows a bilingual British curriculum.

Job responsibitlies 

  • Teach the subject to secondary school students utilizing the IGCSE/A-level framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
  • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
  • Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
  • Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • More than 2 years related working experience
  • Hold a teaching certificate
  • Working knowledge of the National Curriculum of England including EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, IGCSE/GCSE, and A Levels as appropriate
  • Excellent English communication skills
