Purpose of Role:
As the Senior Sourcing Lead-Large Fabrication, you will work closely with Sr. Manager, Asian Sourcing and Global Category Manager to manage existed supplier relationships and KPI, launch new sourcing projects per Global Category Plan to deliver best results to all stakeholders in the organization and our customers.

· Focus Area: Manage Existed Supplier Relationship and Performance (KPI)
· Focus Area: Award and Finalize Sourcing Project
· Focus Area: Launch New Sourcing Project per Global Category Plan
· Focus Area: Review and Negotiate Supplier Contract

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
· Bachelor or master’s Degree in Mechanical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Welding
· Ten+ years’ experience in global sourcing, mechanical manufacturing, fabrication related experience
· Effective communication and analytical skills
· Knowledge in the project management and large fabrication builds is essential

· Very good negotiation skills

· Candidate should be collaborative and team player

· Very good English speaking and presenting
