Overview

- 梳理Local B2B&B2C客户，赋能区域、推动分层管理，建立完善的渠道运作流程及可实现生意增长的业务模式

- 推动2+X+N业务模式落地；

- 完成L-B2B&B2C业务增长目标

- 完成eRCD转型目标，进而推动业务可持续增长

Responsibilities

- 与MU紧密合作，协助赋能区域管理新零售（B2B&B2C）客户;

- 赋能区域分层管理”X”客户；协助区域赋能推动”N”(eRCD)的转型，推动生意可持续增长；

- 参与MU LocalB2B&B2C大客户业务规划，制定并实施大客户/大平台的行动计划，分析及发掘客户增长机会，共同商讨解决方案；并管理好投资回报率；

- 季度AP的收集与申请。协助区域与法务沟通促销协议，CSSC沟通核销流程。

- MU LB2B&B2C生意数据库建立，周报月报跟进、分析发掘生意机会

- Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating

Qualifications

- 至少5年快速消费品销售经验，具备新零售相关的工作 经验，熟悉新零售的运作方式

- 具备较强的销售谈判能力与跨部门沟通协作能力

- 具备较强的抗压能力与解决问题的能力

- 精通Office 办公软件的操作，具备较强的数字分析能力 与数字敏感度

- 具备项目管理的经验优先
