Job details

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, fostering their well-being and mental health
  • Oversee student behavior and discipline, ensuring a safe and respectful living environment
  • Monitor academic progress and offer support, coordinating with teaching staff to support student success
  • Organize activities and events to build a strong sense of community among students
  • Serve as the main contact for parents, updating them on their children's progress and any concerns
  • Manage logistical and administrative tasks related to the residential house, including room assignments and maintenance
  • Respond to emergencies, ensuring student safety and coordinating necessary actions

Requirements

  • You have experience of teaching IGCSE and A Level
  • Teaching license
  • Teaching in a mixed-ability classroom
  • A proven track-record of success in the classroom
