Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Manages and coordinates the daily activities of the accounting staffs to quickly and accurately record the financial transactions generated by business activities;
Domain Expertise in F&A and be responsible for overall service delivery;
Team Management, Handling client communication and relationship engagement;
Address all escalations and resolve issues that may arise throughout the engagement period;
Drive program evolution and continuous improvement;
Maintain Knowledge Management;
Ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are met and focus on continuous improvement;
Brief Job Description:
Leading team to complete the assigned tasks with SLA requirements
Support the timely reporting of key financial information and monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Actively participate in transition and put systems and audit requirements in place from start-up stage and ensure adherence/Compliance in case of stable operations
Successfully handles most non-routine issues on a timely manner
Develop team and improve customer focus
Contribute productively in client/customer reviews/meetings
Drive SLA adherence / Customer CTQ – ensuring all parameters are met and corrective and preventive actions are taken
Initiate best practice sharing across the team. Performs autonomously, initiates and manages complex, departmental and/or cross- company work
Drive and mentor Continuous Improvement projects (Lean and Six sigma based)
Drive VOC/VOE across the team and maintain/improve the scores
Follow appraisal and feedback mechanism
Do goal setting with the team and ensure effective and measurable reviews and feedback mechanisms (MRC, Operations-review, dashboards, BQC’s)
Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
Qualifications
7+ F&A working background or any Business related course
Fluent English communication skills whatever listening\writing or speaking is a must
5+ years’ of team management work experience
Experienced Microsoft Office skills & client industry understanding is a must
Knowledge of Six sigma desired
Excellent communication skills, should be able to communicate with external customers and senior leadership
Should have an analytical bent of mind
Should be able to handle a team of 15+ resources to start with (the numbers will grow in future)
Should be a good mentor
Knack for detailing, drilling down , root cause analysis
Process improvement skills based on the root cause analysis

Working Conditions
Moderate to travel depending on project involvement
Overtime may be required
Client holidays are observed instead of local holidays
