About the role

Ensures that culinary activities and standards are aligned with the respective corporate guidelines and Hotel F&B concept. Establishes and adheres to hotel specifications and standards, which are used to ensure that standards are introduced, implemented and consistently maintained. This role is part of Food & Beverage Culinary department, reporting into the Director of Food & Beverage.

What you will do

-Responsible for the preparation and updates of individual Departmental Operations Manual.

- Ensures that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

- Maximizes employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

- Serves fresh food to the guests which is prepared a la minute, is consistent in quality, and which reflects the style of the outlet concept.

- Supervises cooking and other kitchen personnel and co-ordinates their assignments to ensure economical and timely food production.

- Through hands-on management, closely supervises the Kitchen employees in the performance of their duties and ensures this is in accordance with policies & procedures and applicable laws.

What you bring

-Minimum 7 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization

- Requires a working knowledge of the Food & Beverage aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.

- Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.

- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in Chinese and English language.
