On the Mark Education is looking for passionate college students/graduates with high levels of enthusiasm and curiosity to teach in , China . We aim to bring them on this once and a lifetime opportunity to teach at Shane Yangzhou and explore China. Our school places a huge amount of emphasis on teacher wellness, happiness and job satisfaction, and as a result, the school has seen it’s foreign staff double to 42 teachers in the last year. Apart from an excellent salary package, the school also provides a highly specialized teacher training, an organized teacher structure consisting of Senior Teachers, Supervisors, and Academic Managers, as well as a dedicated training manager and foreign mentor team (of foreign teachers). . The school also sponsors an annual staff trip which has seen the Yangzhou team going to Thailand and Japan in the last two years.

Our students pass the international Trinity English test every year. Proving a useful internationally recognized proficiency that gives student an opportunity to educate themselves further. We always encourage both staff and students to grow, learn, and create each passing day.

On average, our Foreign Teacher staff works between 20-24 hours per week (excluding holiday classes) with a max of 27. The weekend will be you busiest two days. Monday and Tuesdays are off, and Wednesday-Friday are generally light-work days, meaning 4 hours or less on average. Please Note: On some occasions, the schedule is subject to change, and if classes get cancelled during the weekend, they may be moved to Monday or Tuesday.

The weekends are busy. You’ll likely teach 4 classes a day; the CK level classes being 110 minutes, and the other levels being 90 minutes. You’ll start teaching at around 8:10am on most weekends.You will get a break for lunch in the middle of the day before your 2 afternoon classes.
