Key Accountabilities

1、严格按照SOP操作，并参与修改本岗位的操作作业指导书。
2、生产线主操作，带领操作工进行制漆、包装等相关的工作。
3、带领操作工做好每条生产线的5S。
4、培养新员工。
5、自主维修AM。
6、完成班长、主管交给的其它工作。

Experience

1、高中以上学历。
2、能吃苦耐劳。
3、责任心强。
4、学习能力强。
5、能适应倒班工作。
6、有涂料生产经验者优先。
