Join our team as a Beauty Segment Strategy and Innovation leader in China for Regional Consumer Brands, to shape the future of perfumery by driving segment strategies and deploying differentiating innovations to meet consumer needs. Your solid business acumen, deep understanding of consumer insights and market trends will be key in defining and implementing strategies across hair care, skin cleansing, AP Deo, and skin care categories, while being a central point of contact for innovation. Your key responsibilities
 

Strategy: Contribute to global beauty segment strategy and innovation deployment  Market Intelligence: Provide global segment leadership with sharp customer insights and business needs Innovation Portfolio Management: Assess sufficiency, identify gaps, and contribute to prioritize innovation projects  Business Case Support: Consolidate inputs for innovation business cases and participate in project development. Deployment & Adaptation: Deploy and adapt launch material and webinars, in collaboration with SSU Marketing and Project teams. Performance Measurement: Evaluate innovation results and recommend corrective actions.

You bring

Strong business acumen, to build business cases that shape strategy definition and support deployment Overall 8+ years of experience in Perfumery industry and in Innovation space  Demonstrated success in deploying level strategies in perfumery, particularly in beauty categories Adequate education in the scientific, perfumery innovation or sales areas Fluent in English
