JOB GOAL/PURPOSE:

The Receptionist & Weekend Control Desk is responsible for the daily work of the reception and the management of security contractor performance during weekends. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES / WORK HOURS: 
  • Report directly to the Control Desk Coordinator.
  • Responsible for control desk work during weekend and Reception work during workday.
  • Must be able to be contacted 24 hours a day.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Work at Reception during Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 9:00-18:00.
  • Work at the Control Desk during Saturday, Sunday 8:00-17:00.
Participate in other duties as assigned by the Security Office • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).• Possess a Bachelor level College Degree.• Strong interpersonal communication skills.• A minimum of three years’ experience in the service industry or security industry.• Experience with computer usage, data handling (information systems or databases) and management.• Desire to work with parents, teachers, students and administration to provide excellent customer service.• Positive, energetic, calm demeanor.• English certificate.
