JOB DESCRIPTION

What You Will Do:

• Work as a member of the SAP FICO support team.

• Under general direction, has duty of coordinating, directing, and checking the work of other business systems within the SAP FICO support team.

• Work closely with business users to identify requirements and solutions.

• Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identify best practice solutions and opportunities for improvements.

• Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.

• Coordinate collaboration between the business users, other support teams and the technical team to ensure seamless support to the customer.

• Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience with SAP ECC FICO and FSCM configuration and testing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or related discipline, experience within a global ERP Systems environment or IT.

• Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.

• Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions. • Experience with IDOC’s and Integrations.

• Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.

• Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited oversight.

• Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.

• Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders. • Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge.
