Your role:
Managing the sustaining /Dtc projects successfully or to support the project managers on the development projects to make contribution to the performance of the organization. Projects should be within budget, on time and with qualified outcomes to meet or even exceed the customer`s expectations.
1. Take care of product sustaining, e.g. continuous improvement (changes or DtC), after handling over from project managers.
2. Responsible for the complaint handling and escalation support, coordinate & motivate the team to identify the root cause for failures and generate the corresponding CAPA, within target date.
3. Maintain good customer relationship via regular communication with the customers.
4. Support project managers on certain tasks during the big development project, in case needed.
5. Effectively and timely communicate project expectation to team members and stakeholders.
6. Claim management e.g. for the customer wishes during the sustaining phase, where required.
7. Develop and deliver necessary reports, e.g. Complaint investigation report, progress report, etc,.
8. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
9. Other tasks defined in Learning system and assigned by managers.
Your expertise:
Project management experience in medical equipment development project. At least 3 years R&D working experience. Bachelor degree or above, electronics or mechatronics background. Who we are:
