Job Summary
Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and designing solutions using Salesforce Consumer Good cloud. BA will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the system. Additionally provide expertise in Medical Devices and Customer & service excellence to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
• Requirement Gathering by coordinating with Business, Product Owner and Technical Team, Jira story creation.
• Follow up with development team on development completion & testing.
• Sprint Demo 
• Stake holder communication management.

Requirements
• 7+ years of Business Analysts experience in IT Industry
• Excellent Business Analyst skills in Client management, understanding business process/needs, Understanding systems, Converting & Documenting to requirements in Jira tools
• Good understand of system integrations and data flow between systems.
• Able to perform Gap Analysis
• Leading reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Able to co-ordinate between business and technical team and ensures the delivery.
• Working with multiple country stake holders
• Good communication skills
• Understand the Agile Scrum Processes
• Experience working in Tools - Jira, Confluence
• Mandatory: Salesforce knowledge
