Candidates should have:

PhD in Management or relevant subject area. Evidence of teaching experience across a wide range of modules in Management. Relevant industry experience that can contribute to UG/PGT teaching. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Ability and passion to work in the multicultural environment of UNNC.

Your Remuneration, Benefits and Support

Successful candidate will be offered a three-year contract that may be extended by mutual agreement. Salary will be within the range of RMB 345,676 to RMB 471,120 per annum. depending on qualifications and experience (salary progression beyond this is subject to performance). In addition, you will have a range of benefits and entitlements, including accommodation allowance, insurances, schooling support, home flight, relocation & repatriation support, and paid annual leave.
