Description

- Perform technical repairs for watch & Jewelry watch according to company repair standards and requirements which include:

✔ Movement revision & refurbishment;

✔ Caliber 12.1 Accreditation

✔ Premiere bands replacement

✔ Battery exchange

✔ Polishing

✔ Movement setting adjustment

✔ Movement Demagnetization

✔ Final quality check after repair

- Perform simple repair of jewel pieces when necessary such as:

✔ Engraving

✔ Shining Service

- Complete accreditation required such as Caliber 12.1 and other training session

- Support the inventory control, sourcing, replenishment of spare parts

- Support repair tools/equipment sourcing and purchase when necessary

- Provide technical diagnosis and tips to repair claim or customer complaint to escalate after sales service

- Follow repair process and accurate input in system

- Directly communicate with client to deliver technical information for some special case

Person Specifications:

- Post-secondary level education

- Minimum of 10 years repair experience in watch, clerical and spare parts management is preferable.

- Read in English is preferable

- Basic computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office Excel)
