We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trainee .

Business: Wealth & Personal Banking IT

Principal responsibilities 
• Collaborate with the technology team on fintech projects, including Analysis, developing, and implementing solutions.
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications related to banking technology.
• Alhere to HSBC global coding & test standard, test strategy.
• Conduct test analyze, test design, test execution, test automation.
• Work on testing framework to provide best experience of test automation, like framework functional enhancement etc.
• Develop the test/dev tooling to support the teams.
• Work with different parties all over the world in English working environment.
• To ensure the APP to be released with Quality.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java
• Good knowledge on Mobile APP testing tool, such as Appilum, Cucumber.
• Good testing knowledge on APP, UI, API etc.
• Familiarity with concepts: Agile, DevOps, TDD.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience or coursework in banking technology or fintech-related projects.
• Understanding of financial systems and banking processes.
• Familiarity with AI.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
