Assistant Vice President - Credit Risk

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Due Diligence of structured finance projects, including fundamental analysis, industry research and on-site visit;Prepare risk assessment reports and valuation models of structured finance business;Conduct post-investment quantitative risk analysis regularly including ECL, Stress Test and ad-hoc tasks;Assist to develop and update relevant risk management and control policies or procedures of structured finance business;Monitor early warning indicators to identify changes to projects by being current with industry and economic trends and market information;Prepare regular and irregular reports on related risks of structured finance projects;Other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Risk management, Accounting, Finance, Business or other related disciplines5-6 years’ relevant work experienceHigh proficiency in dealing with borrowers in Mainland China, Hong Kong and overseasGood team player and can work under high pressureProgress towards/completion of CFA, FRM or CPA is an advantageIndependent, responsible, reliable with integrity, pleasant personality and positive working attitudeComputer literate and proficient in MS Office application, knowledge in VBA / Macro will be an advantageGood communication skills , good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Willing to travel
