Summary

Purpose of Job:

To lead & implement regional digital marketing communications initiatives while collaborating with Global Marketing Communications peers to ensure global branding alignment and execution of global process To plan and project manage marketing initiatives led by Senior Marketing Manager to achieve regional commercial goals that lead to drive profitable and sustainable growth in strategic core applications Explore potentials of new business opportunities and watch out for competitions to reflect back to the organization

Responsibilities:

Implement regional marketing communications activities on digital platforms to ensure the branding to be aligned with Global Marcomm guidelines and imbedded into localization of the global resources and efforts Enhance CP Kelco branding and lead generation via digital platforms and build up in-region capability to impact the industry Plan for the digital marketing campaign and generate digital marketing content that can increase engagement with customers and distributor partners  Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives Support the Asia Pacific Marcomm budget plan and execute according to company procurement process ensure the expenditure is within the plan  Develop monthly marketing updates from external market by tracking the latest market trends, new product launch activities, key players media messages and competitors and report at regional monthly meetings  Assist development of marketing trend presentation with regional insight for new product launch campaign or customer and distributor engagement

Keeping upgrading the latest technology to level up digital marketing tactics and enable lead generation Keeping current of global marketing trend information and evolving consumers’ needs Multi-tasking on different projects and completing them within specific timeline Having sensitivity and respect towards diversity and inclusion in the organization

Competencies:

Minimum Bachelors Degree Minimum 3 years marketing experience Highly detail oriented with analytical mind Strong communication skill both written and oral Strong capability in Excel, PowerPoint, graphic design programs Excellent content writing skills to influence digital platform(Wechat etc.) Highly experienced and skilled in working with third party data base like Innova, Globaldata and the use of internet for data mining and information gathering Teamwork both as team leader and team member working across a cross functional matrix
