职位内容：
1、抖音千川短视频内容计划制定、落地，监控自然流、投流短视频数据，并据此每日优化内容及投放执行，赋能引流抖店成交；
2，负责抖音、小红书、知乎等新媒体种草KOL、KOC筛选，每月内容规划、落地及投放数据追踪，并优化后续执行；
3，负责内部达人孵化项目的内容产出、投流规划及落地，以及数据追踪；
4，负责品牌社交媒体月度表现数据、站内外投放及搜索数据等追踪、复盘；
5，内部相关社交媒体追踪、达人筛选系统的数据对接工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历， 5年以上相关工作经验，需要有1年以上负责抖音千川短视频内容优化及投放优化的经验；
2，了解信息流素材爆款逻辑，能细化把控素材的节奏感及质量，有爆款素材成功案例优先。同时需要具备敏锐的行业爆款内容及数据洞悉力；
3，对KOL、KOC筛选有系统性、可操作性强的评估体系及思维；
4，具有良好内外部资源整合能力、沟通协调能力及项目统筹能力；
5. 思维敏锐，创新意识强，学习能力及工作主动性佳，对社媒账号运营及内容创作有独到的认知及理解。
