一 . 职位描述
职位目标：
1. 根据生产计划安排，保质保量完成生产任务。 合理有效利用设备，确保达成设备的Capacity。
2. 管理并评估产线员工工作表现，改善工作效率，提高生产力。
3. 产线6S管理，确保安全生产，质量稳定。
工作内容：
1. 管理操作员，并对其进行绩效考核，确保其保质保量完成生产任务。
2. 管理领班，并对其进行绩效考核，确保所管理所负责区域人员安全生产，设备稳定。
3. 与MA&ME积极沟通，根据计划和WIP情况及时安排设备换型，确保设备运行稳定。
4. 负责每班审核，监控生产过程，确保产线操作员按照工艺要求执行，5S符合要求。
5. 确认每日生产报表及设备状况报告，确保各项记录准确与完整。
6. 确认新员工和新领班的培训效果，确保其符合本工序的要求。
7. 控制BOM材料、GK材料及生产夹具等消耗，参与或开展降低成本和质量提升的改进项目。
8. 合理安排生产，控制生产周期，确保及时交货。
9. 有效地执行相应的环保要求，监控化学品的管理，负责班组安全生产。
二 . 任职资格
1.专业知识：
具有基本的的电子或电气自动化工程知识
有良好的电脑操作能力。
2. 工作经验：
有两年以上生产现场管理经验。
3.教育背景：
机械或电子相关理工科专业，中技及以上学历。
4. 个人技能及素质：
有良好的人际沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神。
工作努力，态度积极主动，能积极配合主管工作，愿意帮助其它员工。
三 . 工作条件
工作场所： 组装车间。
环境状况： 良好。
工作场所职业病危害： 无职业病危害。
