Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for leading the team to plan, organize and promote the project under the framework of APQP/PPAP and PDMT.
2. Responsible for collecting new product (project) requirements and planning and establishing a project team.
3. Responsible for reviewing the project objectives, plans, and budgets formulated by the project manager and guiding adjustments.
4. Responsible for supervising and evaluating the progress of project work and providing technical support and guidance, adjusting project priorities and resource allocation.
5. Responsible for organizing the evaluation, acceptance and handover of project results.
6. Responsible for organizing the collection and understanding of the technical development trends, advanced technology information and materials of similar products and proposing the development direction of new technologies.
7. Responsible for organizing and participating in technical collaboration and technical exchange activities, introducing advanced technology and technology transformation.
8. Responsible for finding technical partners and establishing long-term cooperative relations.
9. Responsible for leading the development of core technologies (equipment, molding, etc.), and leading the development and utilization of new materials.
10. Responsible for organizing the company to determine the scope of VAVE (products and services that need to be analyzed by VAVE)
11. Responsible for organizing the collection of relevant information about products and services (function, performance, quality, cost, etc. of products or services), analyzing the problems found, and formulating improvement projects.
12. Responsible for reviewing the improvement plan (including technology, process, materials, design, etc.) and assisting in formulating the objectives and implementation plan of the program.
13. Responsible for monitoring the implementation process of the program, providing support and assistance, and evaluating the effect and maintaining sustainability.
14. Collect the preliminary needs of the mold project and organize the evaluation of feasibility.
15. Participate in the discussion of mold design scheme.
16. Responsible for supervising the implementation of the mold IQ/OQ/PQ procedures and responsible for the approval of the results.
17. Support the process of mold development, quotation, evaluation, handover and so on.
18. Develop potential customers within FHCS and maintain a good cooperative relationship.
19. Assist the business department (new product development, product function introduction, process description, after-sales maintenance, etc.).
20. Assist the engineering team in the development and research of automation projects.
21. Participate in customer training, complaint handling, quality problem solving, etc.
22. Participate in the company's quality management management planning, quality management system establishment, process technology training of various departments, technical problem handling, etc.
23. Organize the establishment and supervision of technology, process and service standards.
24. Responsible for the department's objectives and performance management.
25. Responsible for the training, evaluation, and assessment of the workability of the department's employees and the team-building of the department.
26. Establish and improve the departmental management system and process, and supervise and inspect the implementation of subordinates.
27. Organize and convene regular departmental meetings, and regularly submit departmental summaries and reports.
28. Responsible for the control of documents and records and the provision of data within the scope of responsibility of the department.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience and Education

1. Familiar with the management process of new product development.

2. Understand the basic knowledge of the five tools of quality management system.

3. 5 years of working experience in manufacturing enterprises, more than 3 years of new product design and development experience, and more than 1 year of R & D team management experience.

4. More than 2 years of working experience in the product field (e.g. cleaning products, drilling/filling technology, plastics, steel and molds for small household appliances, etc.).

Specific knowledge & competencies

1. Strong project management skills.

2. Good team management skills and cross-departmental communication skills.

3. Proficient in Offic software and ERP system operation.

4. Proficient in Solid Works, mold flow analysis CAE, MS Office Tools and other tools.

5. Fluent in written and spoken English
