1. Define HR strategy and HR initiatives to support business strategy and needs;
2. Define and implement people strategy to drive organization capability, behavior based culture as well as employee experiences.
3. Build high performance culture through effective performance management system/tools/activities;
4. Continuously drive organization effectiveness and efficiency and identify different focuses to fit for different business situation and market challenges.
5. Advise on organization design and drive organization optimization.
6. Lead a series of training programs to enhance and improve employee skill set to meet current and potential business requests.
7. Take the lead to foster a great Otis company culture and drive employee engagement at all levels;
8. Diagnose organization/talent challenges and provide on time /quality solutions.
Duties :
1. Bachelor degree or above, management related;
2. Fluent in English
3. At least 8 years experience in HR function
4. L&D/OD experience is preferred
