职责描述
1. 执行并跟踪项目计划
- 理解客户需求
- 考虑计划、装配、测试及运输
2. 计算并控制项目预算
- 对电气部件、设计工时、电气装配和调试工时进行预算
- 对部件的价格、质量和交期提供建议
3. 与采购、仓库、外包商、发货及销售保持沟通
- 跟踪部件的发运
- 确保外包商的工作质量
- 与各方沟通从而关闭项目
4. 在商务订单上给出建议
- 对商务订单的撰写，完整度和准确度给出建议（程序，数据，数量，内容，修改）
- 对替换部件给出建议
5. 定稿设计文件及手册
- 核查电气结构的完整度和准确度
- 为客户准备操作手册
- 完成设备手册
- 完成调试的电气检验
- 与质量部门沟通并完成终检单
6. 为国内外客户提供启动服务
- 在调试前做好完善的安全准备
- 严格按照检验单测试机器
- 准时启动机器
- 准时完成测试报告
7. 提供客户服务及问题解决
- 良好的服务态度
- 理解并关注客户的反馈
- 为客户提供问题的解决方案
- 设法优化现有的设备状态
任职要求
- 本科学历，电气自动化或相关专业
- 良好的自动化和电气知识
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
- 能适应高强度工作和压力
- 良好的自我学习能力
